Pest Control Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Universal Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize various tools and techniques to ensure effective pest control while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 50 pounds, work in Summer heat, and able to get into crawl spaces and attics.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem.
• Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and effectively, following all safety protocols.
• Utilize power tools and mosquito treatment machines
• Collaborate with clients to educate them on pest prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up schedules.
• Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
• Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with power tools, hand tools is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in sales-oriented environments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record provided by a driving history report
• Clean background check

Pay: $500.00 - $600.00 per week
