In this role, you will represent clients in both Federal and State Courts, handling cases from inception through to trial.Key Responsibilities : Represent clients in a diverse range of cases in State and Federal Courts.Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the legal process.Conduct depositions promptly and effectively.Manage and present cases, including witness preparation and examination.Draft and prepare legal documents on behalf of clients.Offer legal and business advice to clients on various transactions.Negotiate settlements to resolve legal disputes.Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.Oversee administrative and management tasks related to legal practice.Qualifications : Proven trial experience in Commercial Litigation.Experience managing a litigation docket.Active member in good standing with the Texas Bar Association.Please reference job #53753.#J-18808-Ljbffr
