Zaddy Solutions, we are the search firm, is seeking a Digital Content Manager on behalf of our client in Uptown Charlotte. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week). As the Digital Content Manager, you will spearhead email marketing, digital newsletter creation, and website content development. This role is critical to enhancing audience engagement, driving brand visibility, and amplifying the organization’s mission through strategic storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including writing compelling copy, managing distribution schedules, and tracking performance analytics.
Oversee the creation and distribution of digital newsletters, ensuring engaging and brand-consistent content that aligns with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and promotional materials, to support SEO and audience engagement.
Partner with internal teams to gather impactful stories and translate them into high-quality, audience-focused digital content.
Uphold brand messaging and guidelines across all digital communications to ensure a cohesive voice and tone.
Analyze content performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications
3–5 years in digital content creation, email marketing, and communications. Experience with non-profits is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and impactful content tailored to various audiences.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CMS systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO best practices.
A creative and proactive approach to content strategy and storytelling.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work across teams and departments.
