About the Role:
As our Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. You will develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand recognition, generate leads, and support our business development team. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for building strong relationships. You will manage one direct report.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics to promote our company and drive business growth.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, advertising, and public relations.
- Manage the RFQ, RFP processes, and AIA qualification forms.
- Design and develop compelling content for our website, social media platforms, print ads, and press releases.
- Cultivate and execute public relations initiatives.
- Oversee tradeshow participation, including booth design, promotional materials, and staffing.
- Manage signage for job sites, company events, and other promotional activities.
- Secure and maintain up-to-date client owner reference letters.
- Develop content for bi-annual company meetings.
- Create and refine presentation materials.
- Maintain and expand our client and potential client database.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop are essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team1 environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
