- 5-7 years of experience underwriting complex commercial real estate transactions.
- Deep understanding of federal and Florida regulations governing real estate title insurance and settlement services.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing underwriting operations at a national or regional level.
- Exceptional ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- National commercial real estate experience preferred.
