Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations that effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Drive retail sales by identifying and recommending products that align with customer requirements.
- Leverage technical knowledge to assist customers in making informed product selections.
- Address all customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Execute basic mathematical calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management.
- Uphold organizational standards in product displays.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems with efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle cash transactions securely, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that drive sales.
- Strong technical knowledge in sales.
