The Role
We are seeking a Supervisor to support the General Manager in achieving store targets and goals.
As a team lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing replenishment, and training associates to drive performance and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage your team to reach and exceed store targets as outlined by the AGM/GM.
- Constant floor presence to maximize selling opportunities.
- Create a positive and rewarding client experience by prioritizing customers at all times.
- Demanding outstanding and personal customer service while complying with standards.
- Support key business initiatives and new product launches.
- Develop clientele relationships and collect customer data for future opportunities.
- Engage current and new business using marketing tools to drive sales.
- Embrace technology to enhance customer experience.
- Show a passion for the luxury sector and knowledge of industry, market, and fashion trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Customer/Clientele Sales and achieving results.
- Focused on achieving sales targets/goals.
- Excellent customer service and interest in exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong knowledge of team management, training, and techniques.
- Knowledge of Retail POS system, MS Office, and Google Docs.
- Able to manage priorities, multitask, and pay close attention to details.
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Passionate about the mid-luxury sector and working knowledge of trends (fashion, retail, industry, and market).
- Positive and proactive attitude and team working skills.
- Sense of flexibility, responsibility, adaptability, and independence.
Education and Training
- HS Diploma Required; Associate's/Bachelor's degrees preferred.
- Must be able to speak English and French.
Experience
- At least 1 year experience as a Sales Supervisor, luxury preferred.
