Job Summary : We are seeking a highly responsible, trustworthy, and ethical individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of inventory management, with support to receiving and shipping processes. This role ensures accurate records of stock levels, timely receipt and distribution of materials, and cross training for Shipping and Receiving. The Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities :
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and conduct periodic physical counts.
- Resolve issues with incorrect or missing orders.
- Communicate with vendors and assist with the creation of inventory reports and analyzing data to identify trends.
- Perform daily inventory management, including opening and closing inventory counts.
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to receive, track, and ship out select inventory.
- Input and process new products into the inventory system, ensuring each item is accurately tagged and filed.
- Maintain meticulous logs for items checked in and out of inventory.
- Monitor and adjust pricing on inventory items weekly, as needed.
