As a Professional Sales Associate in our luxury jewelry and watches department, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of our discerning clientele while maintaining the highest standards of product knowledge, store operations, and professional conduct.

Zadok Jewelers will be opening their second location in Austin, Texas this Spring 2025.
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Sales :
- Greet and engage customers promptly and courteously.
- Ask questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present and demonstrate a variety of jewelry and watch options.
- Suggest complementary or alternative items to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Answer questions and address any concerns or objections.
- Keep up to date with inventory knowledge.
- Determined, persistent, and persuasive, but not pushy.
- Even-tempered, trustworthy, and ethical.
- Close sales effectively to achieve personal and store sales targets.
