Full-time Customer Service and Sales Representative
Zafar Produce, Inc. - New Windsor, New York
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with members of Customer Service and Sales to help grow customer relations.
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
- Make outbound calls to grow sales and build revenue.
- Monitor, generate and update price sheets, noting any changes in pricing.
- Accurately process orders using online software, ensuring timely follow-ups to guarantee order accuracy and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email by gathering relevant information and providing clear, accurate responses.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system by scanning invoices.
- Helps achieve customer service goals and support the organization's mission by completing tasks as needed.
Skills & qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills; willing to help customers in fast paced environment.
- Strong communications skills - Able to clearly and promptly communicate, ensuring understanding and resolving issues efficiently.
- Stays informed by consistently reading and responding to all forms of communication from others, available via email immediately.
- Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment.
- Strong organizational skills, excel at multitasking, and consistently fulfill your obligations.
Schedule:
- 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Mon- Thur- 4 days a week
- 7 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Familiarity with routing software preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
