Despite the Base commissions / bonuses, this role isn’t just about hitting sales numbers—it’s about becoming a trusted partner in several industries. Namely, the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture & Design, and Commercial Real Estate Development industries.
What You’ll Do :
- Build Relationships : Cultivate and maintain strong connections with clients and industry partners to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Network Strategically : Develop a consistent pipeline of mid-to-large-sized opportunities through in-person networking and outreach.
- Attend & Organize Industry Networking Events : Develop relationships in the core industries served by out client.
- Drive New Business : Research, qualify, and set highly vetted discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Plan & Execute : Collaborate with leadership to create quarterly marketing plans and coordinate impactful events to generate leads.
- Present Confidently : Communicate value propositions and key offerings to executive-level audiences with clarity and professionalism.
