The Enterprise Project Manager plays a key leadership role in projects that drive the organization’s business objectives. To do this they must work closely with their team members and business stakeholders to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. The Enterprise Project Manager possesses business acumen and sophisticated analytic thinking, advance knowledge of project management system capabilities / integrations, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including executive leadership. Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end management of strategic projects including planning, execution, and monitoring of project performance against key business metrics.
- Use industry-standard best practices to assure performant delivery of project objectives, milestones and deliverables, as well as champion compliance with all operational processes.
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, including executive leadership, departmental managers, and team members to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and status updates.
- Facilitate decision-making on project issues that impact scope, business value, risk, and resources.
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement project management best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with Change Manager and leadership team to develop and implement change management plans to support successful project implementation and adoption.
