⦁ 80% Sales
⦁ Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
⦁ Manage delivery of revenue objectives across the channel
⦁ Manage delivery of revenue objectives across the channel
⦁ Foster key channel buyer and primary sales channel relationships
⦁ Present regular business reviews and new product roadmaps to key buyer and distributor sales associates
⦁ Join sales teams at customer meetings to ensure proper brand representation
⦁ Organize and participate in channel trade events
⦁ Develop and implement appropriate marketing programs within budget
⦁ Ensure presentation and opportunity identification of a broad cross-section of ZAGG’s product portfolio at appropriately targeted customers
⦁ Manage inventory levels at ZAGG per forecast
⦁ Generate, maintain and communicate account and opportunity pipeline
⦁ 20% Strategy and internal cross- departmental coordination (Move the company around our customer/channel opportunities)
⦁ Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal teams to achieve goals and initiatives
⦁ Legal – Contract development and legal issue resolution⦁ Operations – Forecasting, planning, delivery, order management
⦁ Finance – Planning, business case development, sales analytics, customer credit
⦁ Product development – Align roadmaps with customer and channel requirements.
⦁ Marketing – Develop and drive high ROI marketing campaigns.
⦁ Continually develop and refine strategies necessary to achieve revenue objectives and grow market leadership.
⦁ Identify and responsibly move the company around new growth opportunities (Products targeted at specific channel verticals and targeted promotions)
⦁ Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service and support. “Quality product, on time, in quantity”
⦁ Provide timely insight to market conditions and competitive placement, pricing, promotional activity and any additional relevant information

⦁ Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at customer senior and mid-management levels
⦁ Experience working IT Productivity and Mobile Solutions and the ability to sell those solutions in with procurement individuals.
⦁ Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams to execute on strategies required to deliver financial performance while delighting customers
⦁ Strong financial acumen and business case development, with a keen eye on forecasting⦁ Understand and communicate the competitive landscape and market trends
⦁ Creatively and proactively address and resolve complex customer and company issues
⦁ Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
⦁ Establish monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives and allocate across the sales organization.
⦁ Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors⦁ Be nimble – Monitor and manage inventory, sell-through and product transitions

QUALIFICATIONS
⦁ Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business or equivalent or 5 years related work
⦁ 3-5 years B2B related channel experience ideally within consumer electronics - Preferably in mobile handsets, cases, screen protection or similar⦁ Experience utilizing sales CRM
⦁ Very strong “Hunting” skills a must.
⦁ Must have experience working with omni-channel, large sales organizations
⦁ Ability to demonstrate a history of delivering exceptional sales results
⦁ Ability to develop quarterly and annual business plans with accompanying strategy
⦁ Ability to develop and present comprehensive and compelling business cases to executive level leadership
⦁ Best in industry team leadership, analytical, communication and presentation skills
⦁ Frequent (25 - 50%) travel required
⦁ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
