Key Responsibilities
- Own product merchandising across channels
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy to drive sales and engagement.
- Manage product data, including filters, attributes, facets, and product content details, badges, features, and benefits.
- Optimize product search and recommendations to improve customer experience.
- Conduct A/B testing on Home Page, Product Listing Page (PLP), and Product Detail Page (PDP) to inform future decisions.
- Develop product and related content
- Create engaging product descriptions, images, and videos to showcase our products.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive SEO and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Drive product and content search engine optimization (SEO)
- Develop and implement an SEO roadmap and prioritize key initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and plan content development to improve SEO performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ecommerce leadership roles for direct-to-consumer or retail brands.
- Strong analytical and creative skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
