Email / SMS Marketing Manager
The Email / SMS Marketing Manager will manage all ZAGG & Mophie email and SMS initiatives to significantly scale subscribers, engagement, and sales on our websites and Amazon channels. You'll report to the head of our CRM team.
What You'll DoPlan & implement email & SMS campaigns
Promotional and automated / triggered campaigns (ideation, copywriting, QA)Campaign orchestration (automation / flow logic setup, pop-up builds, and integrations)Template developmentTest-and-learn agendaSegmentation & personalization (using our Customer Data Platform)Campaign monitoring, analysis, reporting & optimization (deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, sales, RPM, opt-out rates)
Grow email & SMS subscribers
Opt-in subscriber growthActive customer management
Manage reporting and analytics
Triggered & promotional campaign performance, and optimization opportunitiesSubscriber & active customer growthSegmentation & personalization performance & forecasting
What You'll Need to be Successful
Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing automation platforms to drive sales for DTC or retail brandHighly analytical & creativeSelf-motivated with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully juggle multiple prioritiesBachelor's Degree in relevant fieldWhat You'll Love About ZAGG
