Key Responsibilities:

Define Engineering Standards: Conduct detailed engineering analysis and field research to establish precise design specifications for new products.
Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create comprehensive test strategies for evaluating competitive products, qualifying new proposals, and driving continuous product improvements.
Mentor and Collaborate: Provide guidance to budding engineers and collaborate with seasoned experts, enriching your professional journey within our dynamic team.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of related experience.
Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management: Strong grasp of new product development and introduction processes.
Broad Engineering Knowledge: Well-versed in a wide range of engineering principles and familiar with key business concepts.
Exceptional Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate innovative solutions, and meet deadlines.

This role has an annual salary range of $96,000-124,000. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and location. In addition, Klein Tools offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
