FOH Team Member

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring Soda Jerks, Hosts/Cashiers, and Servers. In these roles, you will often be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure a welcoming atmosphere while assisting with various tasks that contribute to an efficient operation.

Responsibilities may include

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Provide support in training new team members on operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
