Position Title:
Maintenance Technician/Turn Tech
Reports To:
Property Manager/Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our current tenants, completing work orders in a timely manner, turning vacant apartments, and controlling expenses for vacant units and maintenance supply orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience.
2. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge preferred.
3. Turning vacant units including painting and maintenance.
4. Complete daily work orders in a timely manner.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical labor.
6. Inspecting grounds daily.
Prerequisites:
Submit to background check and drug screening.
Must have valid driver's license.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years general maintenance preferred but not required.
Wage Information: Provided at time of interview.
