Event Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual assets for events, activations, and marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
• Incorporate knowledge of graphic design, interior design, and floral design to seamlessly blend these elements into a cohesive and visually stunning event experience for galas, luxury events, and marketing activations.
• Ensure designs align with the brand guidelines and strategic goals of the end client.
• Create mockups, presentations, and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with the event planning and production teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Must be proficient in adhering to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements and materials.
• 2 years of experience in the event or experiential marketing industry is required.
• Must be proficient in PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and visual aids that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in photography, including event and detail-oriented photography.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility to adapt and shift focus based on incoming inquiries, all while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
