As a Business Development Representative, you will support Zak Human Solutions’ growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sales goals. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will assist in executing strategies to expand our client base while collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding HR solutions. What You’ll Do Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and schedule initial meetings to introduce Zak Human Solutions’ services. Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, serving as a key point of contact. Understand client needs and challenges, presenting Zak Human Solutions’ offerings as tailored solutions. Support clients through the decision-making process and assist with onboarding new clients. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts. Assist in managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system (Monday). Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on activities, progress, and key metrics. Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Provide recommendations to enhance Zak Human Solutions’ market positioning and services. Work closely with internal teams, including HR consultants and recruiters, to ensure client needs are understood and met. Partner with marketing to support campaigns and initiatives that align with business development efforts. Who You Are 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in HR consulting, recruiting, or professional services. Skilled at managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Motivated by meeting goals, generating leads, and contributing to organizational growth. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. Basic knowledge of HR and talent management solutions is a plus. Work Authorization / Security Clearance Requirements Authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Remote work environment with occasional travel to client meetings or events as needed. While performing duties, the employee may regularly be required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer.
