Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hormone Specialist (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) with experience in hormone health and a passion for integrative medicine. In this role, you’ll provide personalized, wellness-focused care primarily to a client base of women ages 35-50, guiding them in optimizing their hormone health and overall vitality. This role is Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 3 days per week, including Fridays). Responsibilities Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of hormone-related health issues with a holistic approach. Develop personalized wellness and hormone optimization plans in line with functional medicine principles. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a comprehensive approach to patient care. Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and supplements to support hormone balance. Keep thorough and accurate medical records and adhere to clinic policies. Maintain current knowledge of advances in hormone health, integrative medicine, and functional health practices. Qualifications Required : Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee. Minimum 1 year of experience in hormone health, endocrinology, or related field. Commitment to work at least 3 days per week, including Fridays. Preferred : Certification in Functional Medicine. WorldLink certification or equivalent training in hormone health. Skills & Attributes Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary wellness team.
