We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial insurance agents to join our team on a 1099 basis. This is a high-autonomy, high-reward opportunity for agents with an existing book of business or strong community connections who want to scale their income with the support of a collaborative team.
- Enroll clients in Medicare and ACA plans while maintaining full autonomy
- Cross-sell ancillary policies like dental, critical illness, life, and annuities
- Generate leads through self-driven grassroots marketing, networking, and community events
- Build visibility and referral pipelines with local providers and pharmacies
- Represent the brand at health fairs and public gatherings
- Maintain top-notch service and strong client retention
- Minimum 3 years of experience OR 200 written clients
- Expertise in Medicare and ACA sales
- Self-starter with strong prospecting and event-marketing skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Active Life & Health licenses
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
