Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Office Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our office operations, including HR, accounting, onboarding, and general office management. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who is self-motivated, dependable, and not afraid to ask questions. This position offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within HR, accounting, and office operations. Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Key Responsibilities : Onboarding & HR : Manage onboarding paperwork, ensure training and certifications are completed, and support HR functions. Accounting : Utilize QuickBooks (both desktop and browser versions) for managing payroll, accounts receivable / payable (AR / AP), taxes, and reconciling bank accounts. Payroll Management : Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner. Financial Management : Handle AR / AP, tax preparation, and bank account reconciliation. Office Operations : Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and a smooth workflow. Leadership : Grow into a leadership role, eventually overseeing HR, accounting, and office operations. Qualifications : Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and browser versions) Experience with payroll processing and general accounting practices Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Experience in HR and office management is preferred Compensation & Benefits : Compensation : Compensation is dependent on candidate experience and ranges from $20-25 / hr Bonuses : Performance-based bonuses are offered.
