Description
A Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing licensed and original product lines for hydration and mealtime items. As a designer, your objective is to craft innovative and market-ready designs for products such as water bottles, tumblers, mugs, dinnerware, and related accessories based on product briefs. The ideal contractor will have experience working with licensed brands, a keen understanding of consumer trends, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is contract-to-hire. The selected candidate will work as an independent contractor / freelance for a designated period and then based on ability to perform the services to the standards set by the company, be offered an opportunity to convert to a regular, full-time employee.
SERVICES include the following :
- Conceptualize and create original designs for hydration and tabletop items, ensuring they align with brand and market trends.
- Design products for licensed lines, adhering to brand style guides and licensing agreements.
- Prepare production-ready artwork, mockups, and print layouts for manufacturing.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and consumer preferences to inspire new designs.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts to present new product lines.
- Collaborate with licensing partners to ensure designs meet their standards and align with brand identities.
- Ensure all designs maintain a high level of quality and consistency across both original and licensed product lines.
- Regularly review and refine designs based on feedback and product requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
