Pay Rate : $15 per hour

Job Summary :

As a Host / Hostess at Tortilla Flats, you'll be the first smiling face our guests encounter. Your warm and inviting demeanor will set the tone for their dining experience. You'll manage the flow of guests, assist in seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth transition between our guests and our dedicated waitstaff.

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Managing the seating chart and reservations to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
  • Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
  • Assisting servers as needed, including processing credit card payments and refilling water glasses.
  • Collaborating with the team to create a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

    • Job Requirements :

  • A minimum of 1 year of front of house experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
  • Organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
