Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Superintendent located in Dallas, TX. The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day tasks related to project management, construction planning, and coordinating of a 5-story multi family project.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management and construction planning
- 2 years of multi-family construction experience
- Must be familiar with Multi-family construction experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
