Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist Production Manager in multiple aspects of production coordination including : CNC File Processing Support CNC / CAM file conversion and processing.Forecasting materials needed for upcoming work and procuring job inventory and materials, including quotes & coordination to ensure project deadlines are met.Physical and software inventory management of plate and angle materials.Buy-out plate material packages, including bent plate and machined part planning and procurement utilizing various sub-contractors.Angle material utilization and cutlist creation.Assist in preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.Minimum QualificationsFamiliar with reading structural drawings and construction documents.Ability to identify and resolve contract document conflicts and errors.Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects.Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environment.Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with various ERP & CNC programs and equipment, including but not limited to Raptor, Sicam, PrimeCutNE, Tekla PowerFab
