Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who can drive

digital presence to the next level. This role requires a trend-savvy, data-driven, and highly

dynamic individual who can blend aesthetics, engagement, and performance across platforms.

From content ideation to influencer collaborations, engagement strategies, and analytics, you

will play a key role in building online brand authority.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop & Execute Social Media Strategy – Manage content calendars, plan campaigns,

and ensure brand consistency.

 Content Creation & Trendspotting – Ideate, curate, and oversee production of high-

quality visuals, reels, and engaging formats tailored for IG, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn.

 Community Management – Engage with followers, respond to queries, manage brand

reputation, and build an online community.

 Influencer & Creator Collaborations – Identify, onboard, and manage influencers to

enhance brand reach and engagement.

 Paid & Organic Performance Tracking – Analyze data, measure campaign effectiveness,

optimize engagement & ROI.

 Campaign Management – Drive seasonal, festive, and influencer-led campaigns while

collaborating with design & content teams.

 Competitor & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, experiment with new content

formats, and strategize accordingly.

 Brand Partnerships – Identify potential collaborations with other brands, platforms, and

digital creators.

Requirements:

 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital

engagement.

 Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest & YouTube trends.

 Hands-on experience with content creation, influencer marketing & paid social media

ads.

 Strong storytelling & creative instincts with an eye for aesthetics.

 Excellent analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize content performance.

 Ability to multitask, experiment, and pivot strategies based on real-time insights.

Pay: $3,113.00 - $3,724.00 per month
