The Senior Account Executive at Zallpy is a dynamic, senior-level role focused on driving new business growth while cultivating strong relationships with enterprise clients.

As a proactive "hunter," this professional will identify high-value opportunities in the software market, lead complex sales cycles, and deliver tailored technology solutions that address client challenges.

The Client Principal will also serve as a bridge between Zallpy's operational and technical teams, ensuring seamless project delivery while expanding strategic partnerships and fostering long-term client success.

A strong existing network and participation in industry events will be key to generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold outreach, and leveraging a robust industry network.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads by leveraging existing professional contacts and identifying key decision-makers at prospective companies.
  • Bring a target list of potential clients from your existing network to drive immediate opportunities for Zallpy.
  • Networking and Events
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance Zallpy’s visibility, generate leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Represent Zallpy as a thought leader and trusted advisor, articulating the company’s value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Continuously grow and nurture a professional network to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Complex Sales Cycle Management
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Effectively communicate Zallpy’s value proposition, demonstrating ROI and solving client pain points with innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, ensuring alignment between Zallpy’s delivery capabilities and client expectations.
  • Strategic Account Growth
  • Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery, technical, and operational teams to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding Zallpy’s presence within existing accounts.
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction, ensuring Zallpy delivers measurable business impact and maintains its role as a trusted partner.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to align Zallpy’s offerings with market demands.
  • Collaboration and Leadership
  • Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams to align project execution with client goals, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, delivery teams, and leadership to address challenges and optimize outcomes.
  • Performance and Reporting
  • Accurately forecast and report pipeline status, revenue growth, and sales performance to leadership.
  • Set and monitor key performance metrics, ensuring goals for sales targets and profitability are consistently achieved.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Experience:
  • 8 years of proven experience in a hunter-style sales role in the software industry, with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience delivering custom technology solutions with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Networking & Business Development:
  • Proven ability to leverage an existing professional contact list to generate new business opportunities.
  • Experience in actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking initiatives to expand client pipelines.
  • Technical & Business Acumen:
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business outcomes for clients.
  • Communication and Leadership:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor team members and collaborate across diverse internal teams.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand client portfolios.
  • Tools & Networks:
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Established professional network within the technology and software industry.
  • US Citizen or Green Card holders only.
