JOB PROFILE:
The Executive - Security will be responsible for performing all general and key responsibilities under Security and Safety Management. This position reports directly to the Associate Manager - Facilities Management and is based in Muntinlupa with a daily onsite work setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Security and Safety Management:
- Assist the Associate Manager - Facilities Management in acquiring and maintaining the TAPA requirements and certification including but not limited to documentation, coordination, and other relevant activities.
- Oversee the physical security operations within the facility, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all personnel and visitors.
- Assist in the implementation of security protocols, incident investigations, and the preparation of detailed security reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to monitor CCTV systems, conduct reviews, and provide necessary reports for security-related incidents.
- Support during peak periods (e.g., sales events) by coordinating additional security measures.
- Enforce the implementation of facility house rules and provide support for ongoing compliance.
- Monitor and manage security equipment, ensuring all security measures are operational and up-to-date.
- Participate in the coordination of emergency preparedness drills and respond to security-related incidents effectively.
General Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, implementation, improvements and/or maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal memos related to security
- Support the Associate Manager - Facilities Management in all security-related activities and matters
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Associate Manager - Facilities Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to graduates of any bachelor’s degree but should have security management experience
- Graduate of BS Criminology is an advantage
- Has at least 1-2 years of extensive experience in Security Management
- Has experience managing third party security agency or has a client management experience
- A Certified Security Professional is an advantage
- A Certified Safety Officer 2 is a plus
- Knowledge on TAPA management system or with TAPA experience is a plus
- Good communication skills; both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google applications
- Amenable to report to Zalora office located in MCX, Muntinlupa from Monday to Friday
