JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze requirements from Business PICs from Logistics and Marketplace.
- Translate Business Requirements into product designs and concepts.
- Oversee the development of the tickets .
- Participate in testing the new product developments or enhancements to ensure requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Business Stakeholders to launch new products and enhancements.
- Provide product support to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience working in an e-commerce setup is a plus
- Able to communicate technical jargons to business owners
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to extract, obtain and analyze data. Basic SQL Knowledge is a plus
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Willing to work in a hybrid work environment
- Willing to work in MCX E-Commerce Center, Daang Hari and Daang Reyna Junction, Muntinlupa – Cavite Expressway (MCX) Rotunda, Brgy. Poblacion, 1776 Muntinlupa City
