Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships
- Provide information about the insurance products and services we offer
- Quote, service, sell full line of property, casualty, life and health insurance products
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Develop and maintain online marketing and social media campaign
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Active Insurance License helpful but not required. Must be willing and able to obtain insurance license within 6 months of hiringCommunication method(s) used:
