Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategy and drive engagement. Experiment with new content formats-such as videos, threads, and infographics-to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, particularly within the AI and tech sectors, and implement best practices. Report directly to the CEO, sharing insights and strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Experience in social media marketing, with a strong track record of growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn and Twitter. A deep passion for artificial intelligence and a keen eye for emerging trends in the space. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.). Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content. A self-motivated, independent work ethic with a collaborative mindset suited for a startup environment.
