The Role : Marketing Director
As our Marketing Director , you will take the reins from the current owner and own the firms marketing strategy and execution. You will drive client acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion by leading digital, traditional, and internal marketing efforts . This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role where youll work alongside a top-tier legal team and founders to make an immediate impact.
What Youll Do :
- Lead and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, LSAs, Google Ads, paid social, YouTube advertising and social media.
- Able to oversee traditional media campaigns (TV, radio, billboards) and ensure seamless integration with digital efforts is a big plus.
- Analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI and drive continuous growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and in-house creative production .
- Develop compelling internal marketing strategies to foster company culture and team engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to keep us at the forefront of legal marketing .
- Work cross-functionally with intake, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
What You Bring to the Table :
8 years of experience in digital and mainstream media marketing (legal or service-based industries preferred).
Proven ability to scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and mainstream media .
Strong understanding of SEO strategy, paid search, and audience targeting .
Analytical mindset data-driven decision-making is second nature to you.
High-energy, fast-thinking, and solution-oriented you can keep up with an elite, high-performance team .
Ability to strategize AND execute we need a leader who isnt afraid to get in the trenches.
Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of leadership .
