The Accounting Specialist is responsible for all Invoice Entries, and Daily Cash Reports from the Retail Store Locations and other revenue generating business segments.
Prepare timely, accurate, understandable, and complete financial information including payroll data using acceptable accounting methods and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Organize, direct and control the collection, summarization and interpretation of the Corporation’s financial records and data.
2. Responsible for keying and filing the day financial data arrives.
3. Adhere to all corporate policies.
4. Responsible for Accounts Receivable invoice input by ensuring all data is placed into accounting system in a clear and correct manner with 100% accuracy. Responsible for all deposits / payments and keying them into the Accounting System.
5. Responsible for accuracy of all Daily Cash Reports from the Retail Store Locations and other revenue generating business segments is clear and correct with 100% accuracy.
6. Contribute with preparation and reports on financial statement, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by regulatory agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
