Responsibilities : Develop, enhance, test, maintain and deploy customization, new functionality and features based on business needs and platform changes. Work with internal teams to define, program and implement / deploy customizations and features that support and streamline productivity and reporting across departments. Create reports and analytics for Management. Perform hands-on coding work on projects as needed, lead external (vendor) developers on project roadmaps. Maintain and support workflows and processes in NetSuite to optimize the platform Implement procedures and user guidelines to ensure data integrity and provide support and training materials to users (company employees). Required experience & qualifications : A minimum of 2 years expense with technical management of the NetSuite platform is required. Must have NetSuite ERP Development experience. Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred. Proficient in SuiteScript for back-end customization. Understanding of industry and business practices in accounting, manufacturing and warehouse management. Experience in using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage the workflow processes. Able to manage priorities, solve problems and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Drug Free Workplace : We are a Florida Drug Free Workplace. Offered salary & other compensations : Compensation for this position is negotiable depending on skills, experience and performance. This role can be on-site or flexible-remote with some on-site requirements.
