**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastics extrusion, lathe operation, plastics blow molding, plastics injection molding, machining, and possess mechanical knowledge.
**Duties:**
- Evaluate, implement, and monitor processes.
- Set up tart injection molding machines, robots, and aux equipment as needed
- Understanding of injection mold process and how they function
- Troubleshoot scrap and other issues that arise
- Ability to understand and process resin and materials used
- Back up Die Setter as needed
- Basic understanding of the mold/tool construction and how it functions
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Adhere to all plant safety requirements
- Understand and follow 5S requirements
- Other duties as assigned
**Experience**
- Experience in plastics extrusion, lathe operation, plastics blow molding, plastics injection molding, machining is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
- Ability to conduct quality inspections and identify defects accurately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22-26.00 per hour base on experience.
Expected hours: 40 per week
