Zantech is looking for a highly skilled IT Network Support Professional to provide critical on-site technical support for our network infrastructure for this upcoming position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, securing, and maintaining our complex network environment. The division specializes in receipt, storage, and distribution of electronic and printed technical manuals, certificates, forms, and other Army-specific media.

Zantech is looking for a highly skilled IT Network Support Professional to provide critical on-site technical support for our network infrastructure for this upcoming position.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, securing, and maintaining our complex network environment. The division specializes in receipt, storage, and distribution of electronic and printed technical manuals, certificates, forms, and other Army-specific media.
Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including:
- Cisco routers, switches, WiFi access points, and controllers
- Network device configuration and compliance with STIG/SRG settings
- VPN access and firewall configuration
- Firepower management
- Perform comprehensive network troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Update and maintain network diagrams
- Conduct STIG reviews and create STIG checklists
- Open and manage Cisco and VMware Technical Assistance Center (TAC) cases
- Collaborate with on-premises teams to isolate and resolve network issues
- Implement network equipment tech refresh
- Configure and manage on-premises servers (DHCP, Radius, ICE)
- Provide detailed reporting to Information Security Officer (ISO/ISSO)
- 5 years experience
- CCNA Certification
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
In-depth understanding of:
- Network infrastructure and security protocols
- CISCO network device configurations
- Windows Operating Systems
- Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) principles
- Virtualization technologies (VCenter, VMWARE, EXSI)
