Zantech is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Technical Writer to join our team and support our government proposal development efforts. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for working with a great team to write technical proposals that meet or exceed the requirements of government agencies in areas related to Information Technology and Systems Engineering.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct research and analysis to understand technical requirements and constraints of government proposals
- Write technical proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and tell a compelling story within proposal requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and proposal team members to develop technical content and ensure consistency across proposals
- Support the existing proposal repository and build on our internal resources
- Understand and follow the timeframe set by the Proposal Director to deliver the proposal before the due date
- Participate in proposal reviews, debriefs, and post-submission activities as needed
