We are looking for Host / Hostess to be part of our Team
Job Summary
As a host / hostess you should know and show that first impressions are everything. A host provides a warm and friendly welcome when our guests arrive or call in with questions. As a host, you'll greet guests at the door, determine where they'd like to sit and guide them to their table while making casual conversation. When we're on a wait, you'll quote an accurate wait time and encourage guests to browse our iconic decor. You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, overseeing dining room maintenance and monitoring service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Position Requirements
Candidate Profile
- One year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, hospitality or related professional area is preferred
- At least 6 months experience as a host / hostess in upscale or fine dining serving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The hostess is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and use proper safety equipment, tools.
- Licenses / Certifications : Food Safety Certification
