About your role:
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties, including overseeing the ZAP jobsite, coordinating work with subcontractors and home office, keeping reporting up to date, tracking project's progress metrics, ensuring documentation completion, coordinating, and hosting meetings, and monitoring safe work practices.
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Ensures safety is the top priority while setting job site objectives and ensuring the team is fully equipped to complete projects on time.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction projects of direct and/or indirect construction contractors. Advise on all technical issues to manage installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with OEM design documentation for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds for heavy industrial equipment such as Roller Mills, Ball Mills, Kilns, Coolers and related equipment types.
- Ability to provide timely information and updates to clients and contractors.
- Capability to lead site walks and provide follow-up on progress as needed.
- Schedules daily call with the Project Manager providing progress and status reports, as well as planning and hosting meetings as necessary.
- Provides field verification, RFIs/FDs, and handle forecasting for jobs.
- Ensures all reports are completed on time and update tracking spreadsheets daily for progress.
- Makes certain installation checklists and contractor punch lists are complete.
- Confirms schedule is updated.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED and some college course work required.
- Associate, Bachelor's, trade, or technical school preferred.
- HSE Certification preferred.
- MSHA Certification and/or prior work on mining facilities required.
- 10 years' experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

- Proficient in reading construction drawings, equipment drawings and schematics.
- Proven experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance activities in the cement, mining or related industries.
Supervisory Expectations:
- The position may have immediate oversight of team members on the job site, depending on project scope. This position does not have any direct reports.
Independence of Action
- Results are defined; the incumbent sets own goals and determines how to accomplish results with few or no guidelines to follow. Although precedents may exist, supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.

- The work environment is the typical construction environment. The employee must complete their work satisfactorily in an environment with significant distractions, including staff, clients, and vendors walking through and conversing, telephones ringing, conversations carrying over, loud noises, and interruptions to answer questions from others. Must be able to drive to sites or meetings with clients.

Salary : $124,800 - $187,200
