Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service / Sales Representative at ZapMyTax in our Point Lookout and Massapequa Park offices. The Representative will be responsible for assisting homeowners with filing Property Tax Grievances, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales activities to educate homeowners about our services.
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to educate and explain complex processes to customers
- Attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of property taxes and real estate is a plus
- Experience in a similar role or industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
