Job Summary
The District Manager will oversee operations across multiple Zap Zone locations, ensuring consistent performance, high-quality customer experiences, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a proven ability to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in service, quality, and brand standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, processes, and compliance.
- Provide coaching and development to foster strong leadership at all levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase customer engagement and revenue.
- Analyze financial reports to monitor and improve profitability.
- Ensure all locations meet or exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Support location managers in executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic.
- Ensure all facilities, equipment, and attractions are well-maintained and operational.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in entertainment or multi-site operations.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a focus on performance and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting systems.
- Ability to travel regularly between locations.
