- Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop and cloud flows
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize business processes.
- Work with Power Platform connectors, APIs, and cloud-based applications to integrate automation solutions.
- Leverage Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365).
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of automation workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot bot failures, process inefficiencies, and API errors.
- Understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.
- Document workflows, best practices, and technical guidelines.
- Ensure RPA workflows adhere to federal financial regulations
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with data security policies.
Key Skills & Expertise
- Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) Hands-on experience in workflow automation, approvals, triggers, actions.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) Ability to integrate automation with business applications.
- Scripting & Expressions Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, Python, or VBScript for custom automation logic.
- API & Connector Integration Experience in REST APIs, HTTP connectors, Office 365, Azure Functions.
- Process Optimization & Troubleshooting Ability to analyze, debug, and improve automation performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills
