SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Exciting opportunity to work in a growing global organization. In this position the Plant Controller will report directly to the General Manager and be a part of the local management team as a key business partner. This position will oversee accounting group and work directly with global controllers to create unity between the local team and corporate. Analytical background, ability to work independently, and actively aware of risk is a must in this position.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting and analysis
- Provide financial analysis (revenues, margins, cost, working capital, etc.) to aid in the support of business decisions
- Responsible for monthly managerial reporting, budget, and planning
- Prepare and submit management reporting packages that will be used at a corporate level for decision making
- Recommend, implement, and improve reporting and financial processes to help with cost control
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning
- Coordinate and prepare forecast and yearly economic budget
- Provide guidance and advice to improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, to improve results and identify areas of risk
Manage Administrative Team
- Supervise Account Payable/Receivable activities and team
- Review bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and general ledger entry
Business Partnering
- Regular interaction with the General Manager, senior management, internal customers and departments for support and analysis
Corporate Reporting Support
- Manage and support monthly business reviews
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NECESSARY:
- Must be proficient in MS office suite with strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment
- Excellent communication verbal and written skills
- Organizational skills a must to meet demanding timelines
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools
- Ability to organize, manage, and timely deliver on multiple high priority activities simultaneously
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance a must
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience of SAP
- Leadership experience
