What Zapmoto Drivers Do:
Zapmoto drivers facilitate vehicle pickups and returns for a dealership near you. This requires a team of two drivers:
- Lead Driver: Drives customers’ vehicles to and from the dealership.
- Chase Driver: Shuttles the lead driver between the customer’s location and the dealership.
We’re looking for punctual, dependable, and professional drivers who are ready to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Comfortable using navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze, etc…)
- No smoking/vaping – Zapmoto operates in a drug-free environment
- Professional appearance
- Strong social skills and ability to interact with customers
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Must have a reliable vehicle (no more than 10 years old)
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Moderate tech skills to use app-based trip management tools

- Call/text customers to inform them of your ETA and confirm pickup/drop-off locations
- Complete vehicle check-in/check-out process
- Provide friendly customer interactions during vehicle handoffs
- Be punctual and dependable
- Drive safely – customers trust you with their vehicles
