Overview: Zarephath is a dedicated behavioral health agency specializing in supporting children and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our Respite Program offers essential temporary care within our residential homes and community settings, fostering a supportive environment for children.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Shift Schedule: Friday 3pm to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, Sunday 8am to 5pm
- Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities.
- Safely transport children in agency vehicles.
- Collaborate with children on treatment plan objectives, psycho-social skills, community and family interactions, and interpersonal development.
- Provide compassionate care for children aged 5 to 17 in residential settings from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with insurability under agency policy.
- Two negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB test.
- Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Outlook.
Compensation: $18 hourly days
