Job Summary:
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager who can efficiently oversee construction projects while also contributing to hands-on labor as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both managing and working on-site, ensuring projects stay on track while actively participating in day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate will have a balance of leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to perform various manual labor duties.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Order materials, track inventory, and ensure supplies are available when needed.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
Hands-On Work & Manual Labor
- Help with site preparation, cleanup, and organization.
- Load and unload materials as needed to keep the project moving efficiently.
- Work alongside the crew to troubleshoot issues and solve problems in real time.
Safety & Quality Control
- Enforce job site safety standards and ensure all workers follow protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 years in construction, project management, or a similar role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or construction management coursework is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Basic carpentry, concrete, or general construction skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job site.
- Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable with lifting heavy materials, working outdoors, and performing manual labor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods.
- Certifications (Preferred): OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
