We’re scaling fast and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound leads for our car detailing booking software in the U.S. market.

- Handle Inbound Leads: Engage with car detailers who’ve shown interest in our platform (no cold calling).
- Consult & Close Sales: Explain how our booking software and local SEO can boost their business, then guide them toward signing up.
- Drive Activation: Assist new users with setting up their Zarla account, connecting Google Business Profiles, and optimizing for local SEO.
- Collaborate: Work with our product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Report & Improve: Track conversion metrics and share feedback that helps evolve our platform.
- Local SEO Knowledge: You understand the basics of ranking in Google, Google Business Profiles, and how small businesses get found.
- Sales/Onboarding Experience: You’ve successfully sold or onboarded customers in a SaaS, Local SEO, or paid digital marketing setting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), able to convey technical ideas simply.
- Remote Readiness: Able to work U.S. business hours, with reliable internet and a comfortable home office setup.
- Tech Savvy: Quick to learn online tools (CRM, booking software, web builders) and guide non-tech-savvy clients.
