POSITION OVERVIEW

The Growth Strategy Associate will play a pivotal role in assisting in our next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape our strategy function from the ground up. The Associate will need to be a resourceful, process-oriented individual with a keen eye for efficiency, a passion for data-driven insights, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This person will be integral to executing high-impact initiatives and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

SALARY: This position is offering a salary range from $80,000 - $100,000, depending on geographic location and prior experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to identify, analyze, and execute growth opportunities, focusing on scaling operations and expanding into new markets. Develop detailed business cases to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, identify challenges, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance of strategic initiatives.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and prioritize new markets or segments for expansion, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Support partnership development with key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment and drive the successful execution of company-wide initiatives. Act as a bridge between teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for growth-related projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Flexible Contributions: As part of a growing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across various Strategy and Growth functions, taking on new challenges, learning new skills, and jumping in where needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or other related field.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to executives and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional judgement, a tendency to remain calm and level-headed under all circumstances, and are confident, motivated, and self-aware.
  • Comfortable working within an environment with a level of ambiguity in addition to autonomous decision-making.
